Power Genius LNA10000 Amplifier

The Power Genius LNA10000 is a high-performance High-Frequency (HF) amplifier designed to deliver exceptional reliability and efficiency in continuous-duty operations.

It provides up to 10 kW Peak Envelope Power (PEP) and average power, integrating eight (8) Power Genius XXL-C units, each operating at 1300W in Continuous Commercial Service (CCS) mode. The amplifier incorporates the patented Maximum Efficiency Algorithm (MEffA™) system, enhancing efficiency in single-carrier modes such as CW, digital, and FM. An advanced protection system ensures rapid fault detection and significantly reduces failure rates, underscoring our commitment to quality and reliability.

Each Power Genius XXL-C unit utilizes four high-power NXP MRF1K50H LDMOS transistors, renowned for their robustness and efficiency. The inclusion of diplexer filter designs within each unit ensures superior harmonic suppression and optimal operating conditions for the LDMOS transistors. Independent protection circuits, equipped with precise directional couplers, monitor each pair of LDMOS transistors across the 16 RF modules, guaranteeing reliable protection and continuous operation.

The system features an auto-balancing circuit that adeptly manages imbalances between modules. In the unlikely event of a module failure, the system automatically reconfigures to exclude the faulty module, maintaining operation at -3 dB output power and promptly alerting the user
