It's hard for me to understand what happened here.
You can try re-installing (uninstall than install again) latest version of AG Desktop Utility.
If it happens again, please try making some short video and post it to our email and I will answer ASAP with the next step.

Thanks for answering, I had to uninstall the software around 10 times until finally it worked.

Sorry to hear that you had such trouble.

I will try figuring out why this happened. We had no such issue so far.
