Rotary Base for Rhon 55

The motor

Our rotary base comes with a preinstalled motor. You can choose between a single phase and three phase motor.
The motor is separate from the base, making it easy to install and service.

Disconnecting the engine box from the tower

You can unlock the tower to freely rotate on the wind by removing one bolt from the rotating mechanism. This will significantly reduce the chance of your antennas getting broken.
This is a necessary, key feature for your antennas survival during strong gusts of wind. Unlocked tower offers significantly smaller wind resistance and rotation of the tower lowers wind resistance.

As an example, on the 4O3A location, after the installation of antennas on tower with this feature the antenna damage was reduced by 80%!
