I have your 3x1 antenna switch which I purchased from Vibroplex in a 2017. I need to reconnect the switch cable which is a DB9 serial cable, and I am trying to get the color code of the wires that need to be connected.


As shown in the photo, there is an Antenna Box with a green connector which are labeled ANT2, ANT1, ANT3, GND. Also there is an antenna switcher which selects the radio to be used. The DB9 serial cable connects to the switcher. A red and black 12V power cable connects to the switcher. Please provide the hookup information for the BD9 serial cable.

Unfortunately we don't have the documentation for the switch, you will have to figure it out trough trial and error.

Would the Manual Antenna Controller S8 work with this antenna switch?

Absolutely, the pinout would still need to be verified but since S8 has 8 positions it would be easier to do with it.

Unfortunately not for the S8 switch, FlexRadio carries just a limited number of our products.

You need a +12V signal to switch I am sure you can find a cheap alternative in the USA?
