Manual Antenna Controller S8
Manual Antenna Controller S8 is an accessory primarily used with Antenna Genius, Antenna Switch 8x2 or Splitter PS3000RX and other similar devices.
S8 can manually select antennas on the Antenna Genius, usually in cases when Antenna Genius is used with really old fashion radios without any band data, without a PC etc.
S8 can manually select antennas on the Antenna Switch 8x2 that has no dedicated computer on board. Some stations do not use any type of band decoder, so S8 is mandatory for band/port selection on 8x2 switch.
If you would like to control the Power splitter PS3000RX, S8 can do this job.
The signal cable is a pin to pin, male to male 15 pin VGA connector.If used with an Antenna Genius this controller will be powered by the AG trough pins 9-10.
If used with third party hardware the Manual Controller should be powered by 13-15V through a dedicated power supply.
Power supply is not included.
For use with the Power Splitter PS3000RX. You can order a modification on the S8 PCB, adding an additional diode matrix so you can manually choose both single antennas as well as combinations of antennas in phase.
