I have a problem with my AG,
There is 14 volts at the unit, but the green led on the front is not glowing.
I have removed the case, and there is 14 volts to the control board.
However the app does not work and the unit does not connect.
Checking the app, the ethernet interface shows
IP address 192.168.1 147
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.1.1

So I assume that the control board is seeing the LAN.

I am using flexradios, all dip switches on the unit are in the off position
Could the control board have failed?
What should I look for to get this AG working, and advice as to how to get it operating again.

I would do a reset on the unit

I have tried a reset back to factory defaults, it does not work unfortunately No change the app does not bring up the raios.

Unfortunately it looks like nobody can help me, so I might as well throw this piece of useless
equipment into the rubbish An absolute waste of money..
And purchase something that actually works from another company

Mine had an issue I had to do the reset about 3 times after I found the ipadrees default 192.168.0.140 I direct connected agxl to my pc it finally came back up.

my antenna Genius too does not work anymore.
It was working some time ago, but now it is not (I am renewing all setup and it took time...)
I did a reset too, nothing appened.
Cable is working fine with pgxl (no problem to see it and connect) and blinking on the network connector.

any suggestion ?

Not sure if you ever got your issue resolved. I opened a ticket with 4O3a on 12/16/2021 never to get any answer of support wrote again after Christmas. Still never heard from them but did notice other talking about the network IP address not working correctly making your network detection not work. Like others suggested I tried the factory reset several time started to worry about the dip switch holding up. This is what I did to get to communicate with the AGXL. I placed a network switch isolated from both the internet router and other equipment. Added only a local PC and the AGXL which I assumed was using DHCP out of the box after factory reset. Since they never published to the public 3.1.5 manual looked back at piror 3.1.4 Pg 17 of 56 show it will use 192.168.1.140 so assigned the Windows 10 pc 192.168.1.141 and was then able to finally see the AGXL for the first time. Changed it to static IP for the target network but also upgraded while I was able to talk to it. Hope this helps you or someone who would like to use the 8x2 switch for the first time when its not taking a DHCP address like other equipment is. Knew better than this but had started out putting the equipment where I wanted it near the tower base so now after couple of months finally get to use the AGXL (debugging is easier on the bench next to the PC).
