Is there a way to remotely access the PGXL utility like your SO2R application. Its important for remote operators.

You mean like Interface Genius?

Yes, all our Genius devices are remotely accessible.

How does the PGXL utility application access the PGXL Amp remotely over the internet (not on the same network). Your utility application for your 2x8 switch has such a capability. Even a remote VPN connections does not work with the PGXL. We do not currently get the same information with SmartSDR your application presents and if there is a firmware update one has to travel to the site to update the amp.

Dear Watts,

Thank you for pointing this out. To be completely honest I was certain this was already implemented a long time ago.
I'm having a meeting with the app developer today and will make sure we commit to doing this asap.

He probably has to finish what he started on other projects first but I'll push to make this happen in the near future.
