After a Power Genius (PGXL) firmware upgrade to 3.6.21 am left in a state where even with a factory reset the unit comes up with FW:3.6.21 IP: 169.254.97.69) and while I can put my PC in that network and ping it (PING WORKS) the PC GUI no longer sees PGXL and its running lastest public provided firmware/software/gui. Both 403A.com and FlexRadio removed there archive and I see no published way to return to prior version does someone have a solution or know how to really get a hold of the HelpDesk or Support? Would like to use the PGXL before the New Year (2022 not some TBD date in 2022) seems like the upgrade basically bricked the PGXL from TCP/IP protocol communications even with a factory reset (passes diagnostic but then does not show up)???
