Are there any hints how to connect the 6 wires from a Yaesu G-1000SDX to the Rotator Genius? I nowhere found a table which shows the function of the 6 wires.

Martin,

According to G1000SDX manual, you should use pins 4 and 5.
Motor voltage is 12 to 22 VDC.
With Rotator Genius you can reverse polarity (CW/CCW) if needed.
