When I click on the OTHER tab I see the Band Configurator which show two check boxes... Port A Tune PTT Out and one for Port B.. I can not find any documentation on this...What are they and how should they be set?

The TUNE PTT Out option is used to control if you want TGXL to trigger the device wired on PTT OUT.

Usually, people usually wire an amplifier on PTT OUT so with this option you can prevent it from being triggered while you are tuning the antenna (by leaving this option unchecked)
